What Is This Alphabet Reference?

This page is a reference tool that shows all 26 letters of the English alphabet in order. Each letter is shown with its name (how you say it), and you can click any letter to hear the sounds and see a writing tip. Whether you are new to English or brushing up, this tool helps you learn letter shapes and correct pronunciation in one place.

The chart is grouped by ranges (A–E, F–J, and so on), making it easy to find and compare letters. The detail panel on the right shows the letter form and a short writing tip so you can practice the correct way to write each letter.

How This Chart Works

The chart lists all 26 letters from A to Z. Click or tap a letter to load its details in the right-hand panel: the large letter, its name, and a writing tip. Use the Play button to hear the letter name spoken in English. The Replay button shows the letter again and plays the pronunciation.

Pronunciation uses your browser’s speech synthesis in English (en-US), so no data is sent to external servers. For the best experience, use a modern browser.
